"The drawings and watercolours in this sketchbook were made during a two week stay at Trevegean in the Spring of 1992.
I spent every day travelling around the coast from St. Ives to St. Just, stopping at Botallack and Sennen, and in the other direction to Lamorna Cove, and then inland to Carn Euny.
 
Scrambling down windswept paths to draw the wonderful views and changing moods of the area in all weathers, I visited the tin mines, the beautiful coves, the ancient stone quoits and the wide sandy beaches.
 
It was an adventure I will always treasure. I hope you will be able to share some of the excitement I felt in this little sketchbook.
